It took less than a week from Apple’s iPad launch for a fresh batch of iPad rumors to surface. That’s actually pretty slow. Usually these types of rumors surface about a day or two after launch with folks claiming insight and information on this subject.
You might not recall, but way back when G5 first launched, a few hours later rumors of a liquid cooled G5 appeared.
So, don’t hit the shock button. We’re a little skeptical about it, but the folks at TechCrunch are usually pretty good with their tips. But please don’t think less of us for taking a side of Great Salt Lake with this rumor (even TechCrunch asks you take the rumor with some salt).
We’re not saying it’s not true, but it’s highly suspect. Still, TechCrunch has got some great analysis that’s worthy of visiting. Check out the article here.
(Editor’s Note: TechCrunch points to potential clues when OS 10.7 is announced. If Apple includes mutli-touch or full-screen touch interface on the screen, then you know something’s up. But it all could be just pointing towards an upgrade for iMac if you ask me, a-la HP’s Touch-Smart series. Still nice work breaking the story guys!)
