Just in case you don’t know, a movie based on World of Warcraft is coming soon to theaters. Slated to hit sometime in 2011 with none other than Spider-Man director, Sam Raimi at its helm.

Just mention Sam Raimi and some super-hero, mystical world, fantasy adventure and most fan boys are pretty hopeful that the movie won’t suck.

Me? I’m not so sure, but I do know that it won’t be some campy piece of crap like the Starsky & Hutch remake from a few years ago.

I don’t know why crap like that even gets made or why people decide to take a classic TV action franchise like Starsky & Hutch and turn it into a steaming pile of Ben Stiller’s crap. I mean, c’mon! Starsky & Hutch? I can see it happening to T.J. Hooker, but Starsky & Hutch were bad-ass man. They don’t deserve to go out like that.

Still, Warcraft the movie has me creeped out just a little bit. I mean, really, if cosplayers show-up like the guy above to conventions, what in the world do you think is going to happen at midnight Warcraft movie premieres? (You know the theaters will do something like that!)

A-Team is coming out soon and I’m glad to say, it’s not a campy re-make, but a full fledged movie. I’m happy about that. Aren’t you?

I for one, would like to see someone dressed like Hannibal sportin’ a cigar show up to a midnight showing with B.A. Baracus and mohawk in tow.
