I’m not sure why this is such a big deal, as personally, beyond looking sexy and eye candy on-screen, I’m not sure what role Megan Fox really had with Transformers.

I get that we male geeks need a little eye candy here and there to keep us interested, but really? Isn’t that what all the robots were for?

News recently broke that Megan Fox is out for Transformers 3. Scanning the comment boards, you’ll find that everyone is split on it. Some, I pretty much agree with, can live without Megan in the next movie. While others, oh, they’re outright angry at her not being in it.

Word in the blogosphere is that Megan made some comments somewhere making fun of the movies and that’s why she’s out. I’m not sure I entirely buy that, but Hollywood is a petty petty business sometimes.

Me? I’m thinking she asked for more money and other demands and somehow will go the way of Tank a-la The Matrix.

Whatever, I’m watching Transformers for the robots and I could care less about the human characters. Just don’t go changing Prime’s voice or anything and we’ll be just fine.
