Call me too girly, I don’t care. It’s not like I don’t have my fair share of “Hello Kitty” goods, because I do. For some strange reason, I’m totally into Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man.
Maybe it’s the “whagga-whagga” sound or chasing baddy ghosts around, or maybe it was the Pac-Man cartoons from my Saturday mornings, but I like Pac-Man.
My favorite Pac-Man game of all was, strangely still, Pac-Land.
I don’t know why. Maybe it was being able to see Pac-Man in his full sized glory or actually getting a look at the world he lived in. I dunno, I just liked this simple 1 token game.
The music in the game is catchy and still stands out. It’s soo catchy, I’m going to rip it into a ringtone this weekend.

Not a single thing about this game screams fancy. All you do is move red fedora wearing Pac-Man to the right. Faster or slower and you can even go back to the left if you missed something. Nothing really more fancy except for a jump button.
Yeah, I know, there are better Pac-Man games (including 3-D Pac-Man with the jumping ability) than this little runt of a title, but probably nothing stands out in my hear than this lovable little game.

There are power pellets to chomp on and you can go after the ghosts afterwards, but you can get through the game without doing much beyong dodging and jumping.
Fruit makes an appearance in the levels as they’re things you eat to speed up and keep moving.
The graphics are cheap, by arcade standards, but that’s what makes this title for me. Maybe because it was so bad, it was good for me. It’s worth checking out if you’re into Pac-Man as there’s almost a guarantee that you missed this title when it was in the arcades.
