PlayStation Move had a host of games on the floor as playable demos. All had a solid feel to them that left us surpremely impressed in that they never felt like slapped together. Each game we tried all had a polished, built from the ground up feel to it.

Games included a better than arcade Time Crisis themed shooting game that reminded me a lot of Wii’s Ghost Squad experience, only faster and more fun. Time Crisis 4 is coming to PS3 and both games support PlayStation Move as well as the current GunCon controller. But you’d better hurry if you want a GunCon as once those sell out, it’s all over but for Ebay.

Also showing was a bowling game and a Toy Story 3 tie-in shooting gallery game. The TS3 game is included on the current Toy Story 3 game disc and will be unlocked when you plug in PlayStation Move.

We left the bowling game alone and went instead to check out the Resident Evil 5 edition tweaked special for PlayStation Move.

This time controls feature a nunchuck addition to the wireless Move wand. It is pure mouse pointer and WASD keyboard configuration feel when you play this. Add in the stellar RE 5 graphics and fun gameplay, and it’s a winning combo.

Looking and turning were quick and very responsive. Soo much better than Wii (even with Motion Plus) that, again, except for the price, would beat Wii hands down in a play test.

Precision aiming and quality game titles (not gimmicky shovelware waggle games) keep PlayStation Move interesting. I’ve started an office collection to secure a PS3 and Move combo, but I doubt it’ll work.

Time to save up.
