I took a small, few days away from my editorial duties and I may have forgotten to tell people about it until my plane landed in Pennsylvania as part of the annual Baker Family vacation.

I tried to post a few articles, I really did. But who knew that everything except the emergency cell phone was banned from this family trip?

So, the entire family ages 22-59 buckled into a spacious 15 person van and drove from Hershey, PA (who doesn’t love chocolate?) all the way down to Orlando, Florida.

Best family trip…EVER!

Considering it might be the last with bro 1 and 2 scheduled to be married in the next year or so.

Coming back, of course, wasn’t very easy. So hard in fact, that everyone decided to throw me as the primary Editor for the rest of the week while everyone else takes some R&R.

I hear they’re all stopping in Santa Cruz with some trekking down to Disneyland and others heading back up to Reno-land.

So, stay with me as I update solo. We’ve got USB 3.0 gear fresh from our testers and some interesting results to pass along.

I might have a few iPhone commentaries to throw your way, but it’s a slow month (besides the whole Verizon iPhone in January).
