Apple’s updating The Apple Store. We went hunting for a little late night gear dreamin’ and found the site down for updates.

Surprised? Not really. Everyone it seems has been expecting an update or two for a while now. iPhone White…of course, but anything else? Perhaps a new color scheme or layout?

Or maybe even the oft rumored, but yet to appear updates to the iMac line? Guess we’ll see.

I wouldn’t expect anything huge. Just a few hardware updates here and there and yes…I am praying iMacs get updated so I can finally get one. My MacBook’s crappy GMA video drivers are on its last legs trying to run CS5.

Editor’s Note: If you are running CS5 on your MacBook with GMA 950, you’ll find the elusive Repoussé feature grayed out completely. Rumor has it that running Snow Leopard (10.6.X) will solve the issue, but I’m holding out with 10.5.8 until Lion comes out in this summer. Stupid? Maybe if you’re super eager to donate to Casa de la Jobs, but not me.
