A lot of people (i.e. potential product partners, hi) want to know who and what we are. Well, here goes:
At Tech Bucket Blog, we’re a bunch of geeks with a passion for all things gadget-ey. Tech gear, widgets, doo-hickies, anything that needs a plug or batteries, anything geeky . What does a geek use his/her gadgets for? Cultural stuff. Keeping in touch with friends and family, watching sports, movies, TV, listening to music, playing games, shopping, etc. We’re into all that, too. And more.
We like hi-tech, low-tech, medium-tech, anything tech. Bucket full of tech. Tech Bucket.
Let’s take headphones for instance. There’s nothing wrong with that pair of headphones that you’ve had for 10 years. You might have headphones with orange foam on them (great for kids). You might have a pair of really nice noise-cancelling earbuds (great for on the plane).
Let’s just say newer headphones have a wee bit more technology put into them. Those sweet white ones, the AKG 701’s, they’re perfect as a home headphone (and for someone with a budget of $300). The orange foam ones, give ‘em to your kid and he’ll love it. Most things have a time and a place. We’re about finding the happy balance between the old and the new. New stuff / old stuff. Medium stuff. We like stuff.
