So, which one did I decide to buy? You're dying to know. After shopping and touching and feeling everything I decided on Microsoft's Wireless Laser Desktop 6000 as being the best option for me. It's not the top of the line "pro" series or fancy bluetooth or anything like that. It's a simple keyboard and mouse combo set with a wireless USB dongle (not..... [ read more ]

Microsoft's camera based controller system previously called Project Natal, is now called Kinect. A play on kinetic, as in motion, to drive home the point that it's a true motion controller system. We went "body-on" with it and walked away feeling somewhat divided about it and more than a little sweaty. Overall, we all felt that the experience was fun..... [ read more ]

Yeah, they're kinda creepy and kinda funny all at the same time. Microsoft is at MacWorld Expo and promoting the message that "Office Loves Macs" or something along that line. It's true. Really. The people who work on Office for Mac really love their Macs and they're fans just like the rest of us. For them, it's a product that they don't want to..... [ read more ]

We don't normally report on Windows issues, but today being Friday, we thought we'd go ahead and do it. It seems that Microsoft's message boards have been reporting issues with tons of people having wireless networking problems with Windows 7. The issues range from no connection (but detected network) all the way through to really slow connections. The interesting part here is just..... [ read more ]
