I have to admit, I enjoyed Corey Haim's schmaltzy movies as a kid. Okay, it wasn't that I could related to Haim's Lucas character, but more that I had a thing for Kerri Green (Maggie) from that movie. Yup. That's what I think of Elinor Burkett and her antics yesterday during the Academy Awards. "Nuts", might not be appropriate as perhaps "crazy" or even in need of serious professional help. I don't know what goes on in a person's mind when they decide, "hey, I think I'll go up on stage" during a time when it's clearly someone else's moment.
