Sound Egg is an interesting little invention. It's an egg, cut out, and filled with acoustic foam, available comfy leather chair, and full 5.1 surround sound in a personal space. It might look weird, but in practice, the seat is extremely comfortable and surprisingly form fitting, even for those who are 6 ft 3 inches tall. High quality iPod speakers seems like an oxymoron sometimes. It just doesn't make sense. Many people expect cheap tinny sounds, but something truly worthy of sitting on the shelf? Impossible. Some systems come close (Logitech mm50 are my fav), while overpriced systems like Bose SoundDock, just can't justify their high prices when other much lower..... [ read more ]

I've never heard of Tunebug before MacWorld Expo last week. Simple to use induction speaker is what they do. Two different products, one called Vibe along with it's companion Shake. Three things standout between these two products. The concept in this system is essentially induction sound, no unlike the bone induction headphones on the market..... [ read more ]

Remember these? We first eyed them at CES this year and now we have them for on-hands, in-depth testing. You'd be surprised how excited a bunch of folks could get over a simple pair of mobile speakers from Chill Pill Audio. A fight ensued when these showed up.
