I'm no fan of wireless keyboard and mice. I'm perfectly happy living the corded lifestyle. My Apple Pro Keyboard and Mighty Mouse are no longer Apple white from the years of greasy fingers. I don't think "oops" quite covers IBM's gaffe, but down in the land of Oz, during a security conference of all places, IBM inadvertently handed out SB thumb drives loaded with malware. This one is just plain funny and we had to share with everyone. The folks over at ZDNet came across an "awesome" piece of hardware recently. It's a "secured" USB thumb drive. The USB connector on the thumb drive slides in and out. It locks into place, but when you have the connector tucked inside, the drive "locks" the connector into place with a two number combination lock dial pad. Yup. ..... [ read more ]
